While at Moontower Saloon I ordered food at Hot Texas Grills. I got the Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla. It was grilled chicken with melted monterey jack cheese, buffalo sauce and jalapeños with a side of ranch. The quesadilla what pretty huge and cut up in four slices. I was a bit messy to eat but tasted really good. The chicken had a nice flavor grilled on a pit and the jalapeños gave it some heat. A side of ranch sauce was included. This place had hands down the best brisket I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve been eating brisket in Texas for over 60 years! The turkey, sausage, jalapeño mashed potatoes, macaroni, and cheese. Everything was truly wonderful. This was my first time to ever eat there, and I’ll definitely go back!
