Madison was our server. She did a great job taking care of us. Just the right amount of attentiveness. She gave us great recommendations for food, which we took.
We came at the end of happy hour. The spinach and crabmeat dip was absolutely divine. The side Caesar salad was perfect and was very large.
My wife had the rigatoni alla vodka, and it was absolutely perfect. I had the gnochetti bolognese and it was fresh, not too heavy and extremely well balanced.
I wish we had enough room to get desert but we were stuffed. Absolutely check this place out if you get the chance.

Sapori Italian Roots was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The food was full of flavor, beautifully prepared, and genuinely felt like something made with care. The ambience was perfect: warm, inviting, and classy without feeling overdone. Our waitress was amazing as well; I wish I remembered her name, but she mentioned she graduated from Texas State, and she made the whole experience even better with her kindness and excellent service. I honestly loved everything about the night and would recommend Sapori to anyone looking for a memorable Italian meal.

Have to give an insane shoutout to Tim!! We had a huge party, and not a single time did anyone have to ask for a refill or anything even though he was still helping other tables. He was incredibly informative and attentive, as a server myself I couldn’t ask for any better service
