The sliders at JewBoy Sliders were small enough to look harmless, but a couple of them made for a surprisingly filling meal. The patties had crispy edges with plenty of melted cheese, and the soft buns soaked up all the savory juices without falling apart. We added fries to share, and the combination was exactly what we wanted for a casual lunch. The sliders had a great balance of salty, cheesy, and beefy flavors that kept us reaching for another one.
My partner and I don't eat beef, and they'd just run out of latkes to sub for beef sliders, but the person who took my order made us each a grilled cheese with the toppings for the slider we wanted. One of the best customer service experiences I've had in my life

This food truck is a favorite for many, located in a pretty and convenient spot. The staff is always friendly, quick, and personable. The el vato burger is a weakness, and the vato is the best slider ever. Everything is good, but consider getting double meat and cheese. The loaded fries are amazing, best ever had. The mini-latkes would be great with apple sauce or sour cream. Jewboy’s is leaving its mark as an Austin foodie staple. The staff are all incredibly kind and hard-working. The food is amazing, and everyone is so kind. Definitely recommend this place for a late night snack. The bar it is attached to has great deals and really good craft cocktails.
