“I ordered my go-to Beach Club and tried the potato salad.

The Beach Club was really lacking the avocado spread. It was still great - but I actually opened up the sandwich to see if it was even added. Tip - if you are an avocado fanatic order a little extra. I also asked to have the bread taken out (an option they offer) and cut in half - both of those requests were missed. No big deal in the grand scheme of things. The potato salad is 100% worth skipping. I thought it would contain more potatoes. It’s basically a mustard/mayo/dill concoction. Grab some chips instead and call it a day.

Store was quiet and very clean, staff was polite. I grabbed my bag off the shelf and left. (I ordered online for pickup) No real interaction necessary.“

“Online order was made perfect with all my extras and side requests. Ordered a club lulu with extra turkey, everything tasted fresh! Initially was worried about ordering here due to other reviews but I don't regret going here one bit. Location looked clean inside and staff was kind.“

While I agree with that I did find Jimmy johns to be a nice stomach neutral fast food solution for myself (and my dad the patient) while visiting the hospital every day for a month. “Walked into Jimmy John’s on Congress and they hit me with a Beach Club before I even finished ordering. Like, did they read my mind? Sandwich ESP? Turkey, avocado, lettuce, boom—no warm-up, no small talk, just lunch in hyperdrive. “Great jimmy johns, staff incredibly friendly, orders are always right, and is as they say freaky fast. Wish Jimmy Johns would cary Coke Zero, but, you can’t win them all! Overall a great location convenient, parking can be a bit difficult but always parking on the side of the building.“

I checked which JJ location had the best ratings, and this one narrowly came out on top. I’ve always had good experiences at Jimmy John’s, but I chose this location based on the rating.

I decided to order in person because I like to see my sandwich made and usually ask for extra lettuce and onions. It wasn’t too busy since it was close to closing time, and I was greeted right away. I showed them my birthday reward and ordered the Totally Tuna, which comes with cucumbers, lettuce, and tomato. JJ makes a solid tuna sub, and I always customize mine: extra cukes, extra lettuce, oregano, light oil & vinegar, Jimmy Peppers (love those), and of course, extra onions. They made it quickly and exactly how I wanted it — I asked for just a bit more lettuce and he happily added it.

When I mentioned that I came to this location because their ratings were slightly higher than others, two of the guys nodded right away. It was clear they knew this and took pride in it. That’s a really good sign — you can train skills, but you can’t train people to care. These guys genuinely do, and it shows in their work.

Also, a bonus: their bread is great, and they sell day-old loaves for 75 cents. I grabbed a couple — a few minutes warmed in the oven and they’re like new. Perfect for homemade sandwiches or garlic bread.

Overall, great service, great sandwich, great bread, and a team that takes pride in what they do. Highly recommend this location.“

“Stopped by Jimmy John’s for a quick fix. The Beach Club sandwich and while I did have to wait about five minutes for service (only one employee holding it down), it was worth it. 🌟

Once I got my sandwich, it was absolutely GOOD!!! Fresh ingredients, perfect flavor, and exactly what I needed for a quick bite. Sometimes good things take a little patience.
