“We ordered online for delivery. The folks at this location had the food ready to go quickly. Unfortunately the Uber Eats driver did not deliver our food. When we called, they offered us a refund immediately. While appreciated, we wanted Jimmy John's for dinner and asked if they would let us come get our order if they remade it. They agreed. The manager even refunded the delivery fee for us. I appreciate the work“
“One of the employees whose name eludes me, but was a nice guy said if he didn’t have the employee discount he’d never eat here because it’s too expensive. While I agree with that I did find Jimmy johns to be a nice stomach neutral fast food solution for myself (and my dad the patient) while visiting the hospital every day for a month. I get the ultimate Italian toasted.“

“Wow! Awesome customer service! Ordered several sandwiches and one was missing when we arrived home. Called the store and the gentleman was very responsive and caring. The issue was rectified immediately! Thank you so much and keep up the good work!“
“TL;DR: Overall not a bad place. I have a few things I’d like to say about the place but not bad for the price. Music was a bit loud but tolerable. The workers there are really nice though from what I’ve seen
First off, the music is too loud for my hypersensitive ears, with my autism it really messed with my hearing and kinda put me into a slight panic state because of the volume.
Second, give Cameron and Shamar a raise, they deserve it definitely; I walked into the store and I ordered my food and sat down, it was a bit too loud for me so I asked if there was any way for her to turn it down.
Cameron, the manager on shift wasn’t able to but she was really really sweet with how she went about explaining that.
I got myself a Tuscan Italian wrap. I’d definitely recommend it if you like wraps. It’s rather fairly priced just wish there was an option to heat up the meat before it went into the wrap.
I also would like to say the back doors are locked and the bathrooms are locked so you have to go in from the North side.
Overall, not a bad experience but there’s room for improvement“

Jimmy John's is my favorite sandwich joint and this location is definitely on their game. I am in Austin 1x a month and will definitely be back.“

“Walked into Jimmy John’s on Congress and they hit me with a Beach Club before I even finished ordering. Like, did they read my mind? Sandwich ESP? Turkey, avocado, lettuce, boom—no warm-up, no small talk, just lunch in hyperdrive. The bread’s not soft, but it’s got that dependable chew, like it’s saying, “I’m not fancy, but I get the job done.” Honestly, if the DMV ran like this place, we’d all have six driver’s licenses by now. Four stars because nothing should be that fast without a seatbelt.“
“Stopped by Jimmy John’s for a quick fix. The Beach Club sandwich and while I did have to wait about five minutes for service (only one employee holding it down), it was worth it. 🌟
Once I got my sandwich, it was absolutely GOOD!!! Fresh ingredients, perfect flavor, and exactly what I needed for a quick bite. Sometimes good things take a little patience.

The bread is always fresh, adding nice texture to sandwiches filled with quality deli meats and cheeses. The ingredients taste fresh, like they were just sliced in-house. The staff is friendly and efficient in getting customers their orders in a timely manner. While it doesn't offer any over-the-top sandwich options, Jimmy John's executes the classics well, especially for the reasonable prices. “Great jimmy johns, staff incredibly friendly, orders are always right, and is as they say freaky fast. Wish Jimmy Johns would cary Coke Zero, but, you can’t win them all! Overall a great location convenient, parking can be a bit difficult but always parking on the side of the building.“
“This is the 4th time I have been to this location with my BFF/Roommate. Every time we have gone to this location, the staff has been absolutely AMAZING. (MARCUS!! DEE!!! I’m referring to y’all. :). ). Simply conversing with those two just lifts my spirits after a hard day at work.
It is clear Dee and Marcus are very skilled and know exactly what they’re doing. Their professionalism and friendliness shines through every-time we go there. ( not to mention the speed in which they are able to crank out… frankly perfect sandwiches Every Time!
Jimmy John’s: Please recognize the talent you have working for you at that location. We ALWAYS feel so welcome and taken care of when it’s time for my bff and I to unwind after a very long week busting our butts.

“I ordered my go-to Beach Club and tried the potato salad.
The Beach Club was really lacking the avocado spread. It was still great - but I actually opened up the sandwich to see if it was even added. Tip - if you are an avocado fanatic order a little extra. I also asked to have the bread taken out (an option they offer) and cut in half - both of those requests were missed. No big deal in the grand scheme of things. The potato salad is 100% worth skipping. I thought it would contain more potatoes. It’s basically a mustard/mayo/dill concoction. Grab some chips instead and call it a day.
Store was quiet and very clean, staff was polite. I grabbed my bag off the shelf and left. (I ordered online for pickup) No real interaction necessary.“
