“We tried this place one evening while in the area. When we entered no one greeted us. We stood at the register for about 4 minutes before someone acknowledge us. We ordered and got our food and left. Once we left and headed back to hotel. The food was delicious.“

“5 years now. I work within delivery distance and these guys never disappoint. The regular driver in the ranger is fantastic. Everyone at the shop is great, friendly when I do go pick up and have handled issues when forgot sides very quickly.
Love this location!!! Ask the crew is great, five years, they got my loyalty!
Got their new THC box. It was perfect for lunch. Garg, pickle spear, pasta salad (I'm hooked since it came out), cookie. Under $20 with tip. No drink.

“I’ve never had good luck ordering at Jimmy John’s, so I asked the guy to walk us through the process. The sandwich was good, but a bit bland. That was my fault since I ate the other half of my wife’s, turkey, lettuce, tomato & mayo sandwich. It was definitely a lot of food & the sandwich bread was awesome! Next time, I’m mixing things up! My wife can eat her turkey cheese and mayo on her own!“

“We have visited Jimmy John’s at 13446 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216 multiple times. Unfortunately, each visit has been marred by the consistently rude behavior of an employee named Rashad. He often appears bothered while taking our orders, and when we request customizations for our sandwiches, he responds in a way that feels dismissive and difficult to hear. This has made our experience unpleasant, and as a result, we are now considering visiting a different Jimmy John’s location.“

“Management please step up your game! Trey was the only one in the store during a lunch rush .. what a rockstar because amid the chaos he was super professional and still multitasked like a pro. The food is always good but I don’t like seeing people overworked like this, it’s humanly unacceptable. If you had a call in, manager or owner should be in the trenches with employees.“
“AMAZING SERVICE and food! All 3 employees were phenomenal - Angelina, Tierah, and Giselle. They worked together like a well oiled machine and were exceptionally kind, fast yet thorough, all the good things!
Patient with a complicated order, helped when the app gave us trouble, and truly made it a wonderful experience. It was clean, organized, well stocked, A on their inspection, and the music choice was tasteful and catchy.
I literally re-downloaded Yelp to leave this feedback because they deserve it. It was my first time at this location (I LOVE JIMMY JOHNS) and the staff definitely left us wanting to come back!!

“Our sandwich and lettuce wrap were very good. Unfortunately our visit was marred by very loud and obnoxious "music". To top it off, the employees were also gossiping at high volume to be heard over the music. I'd love it if JJs was a place where you could eat and chat with your partner.“
“There was only one worker and he was killing it he was making the lettuce and onion mix when we came in and immediately took our order and started making it there were three other people that came in that all got their sandwiches in a good amount of time normally when there's just one person or two the place will be pretty dirty but the place was super clean“

“I want to take a minute and tell you about this amazing place. I know it’s perfect in Jimmy Johns but it’s also amazing place because they support our community. They support the Boy Scouts and they support our veterans.
Not once but twice but three times Rob Thomas and his staff came out and supported Troop 23 and the VFW. I cannot tell you how delicious everything is but you must support those that support our community. “Customer service was good I didn’t see a lot of staff working. I ordered a #9 unwhich and it was good. I don’t understand how the points system works for the loyalty program in go there once a week and never get any free items. Overall 4⭐️“
“Alex Johnny the blonde haired guy I believe and I think Chris was his name he has black short hair and Alex is a shorter guy clean shaved, all of them did exceptional service and super nice and prepared my food for my kids and I and was ready when I got there within minutes from ordering pickup on the phone with Alex! That’s outstanding to me being I had just hung up the phone and went less than 4 miles to travel and it was fresh and ready ! You guys rock !! 🤘 with Love, Marshall Addams and The Addams Family“
“The food was great but I just wanted to give a big thank you to this location! My car died in front of their store around 10:20, it was late already. Whoever the driver working the closing shift was on 1/30 was so kind and jumped my car. He was super nice, gave me advice on what to do, and was super quick to come out and help me despite it being late. The employees at the front didn’t have cables but made sure to go back and ask the driver for me. I wish I would have got everyone’s names. Sooo kind, and helped me out without any second questions. I am so appreciative. And as always the food was super good“
