“They made my sandwich wrong, looked confused the entire time. What happened to freaky fresh and fast?? It took 10 minutes to make a country club. Why??They corrected the sandwhich, never making eye contact or apologizing. They didnt REMAKE the sandwich fresh, just took off lettuce and tomato and wrapped it back up. Had I been allergic to the tomatoes or lettuce, it was still touching the meat. Good thing I am not however the acid in the tomatoes hurt me. Staff was lazy and didnt greet us when we went in and it wasnt even busy. The atmosphere was weird and uncomfortable so we took it to go. I hadn't been to Jimmy John's for a long time. I dnt like that the owner chases and kills big game like rhinos and Lions for fun so I went on a very long break from them. Only went cuz my friend wanted to try. I still dnt support the owner and every sandwich we buy gives him money to go to these safari hunts and kill more. Now she is on strike too. Im gonna keep telling people what a nasty man that owner is. No sandwich is that good, especially when u cant even get that right. Save ur money!! Its not even freaky fast, fresh or fun anymore. They looked like they all hated being there, but a paycheck is a paycheck!“
“I had a last minute Corporate Meeting and needed a Catering Order for 25 people. Ramon was soooo understanding and said they could pull it off. Mind you they had an 1.5 hr. Notice!!! I appreciate their hard work in getting this order out. They easily could have said no.“

“5 years now. I work within delivery distance and these guys never disappoint. The regular driver in the ranger is fantastic. Everyone at the shop is great, friendly when I do go pick up and have handled issues when forgot sides very quickly.
Love this location!!! Ask the crew is great, five years, they got my loyalty!
Got their new THC box. It was perfect for lunch. Garg, pickle spear, pasta salad (I'm hooked since it came out), cookie. Under $20 with tip. No drink.

“WARNING--If you’re visiting the Jimmy John's at 1700 N. Main Ave, DO NOT park across the street. Bexar Towing trolls the area and will immediately tow your car.
I was parked for less than 5 minutes and my car was taken literally from under my nose. I rushed out to move it but the tow driver ignored me and drove off!“
“They always have my order ready and CORRECT. I have no complaints. I come here a lot after work and pick-up along my way home. One employee even called me when my timeframe was a bit past because he did not want my food to be soggy. Thank You!“

Huge shoutout to manager Trey for going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about customers and runs a great team. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had there.“
“Jimmy John’s was a good choice for a quick lunch. I ordered a sandwich and it came out fast, but still tasted fresh and put together well. The bread was soft, the ingredients tasted good, and the staff kept things moving without making the visit feel rushed. “They were drive thru only at about 8:45 pm, the lady on the speaker taking our order was so patient with me because I’d had a hard day and was being a tiny bit indecisive. My partner and I got two giant versions of our sandwiches. (Every other JJs I’ve been to they’ll send it out as the whole sandwich) but this location cut them in half which was super helpful and individually wrapped each half, and threw in extra condiments without us even asking. The man who brought us our food was extremely nice. All in all was a great experience. Thanks y’all 🫶🏻“

“We have visited Jimmy John’s at 13446 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, TX 78216 multiple times. Unfortunately, each visit has been marred by the consistently rude behavior of an employee named Rashad. He often appears bothered while taking our orders, and when we request customizations for our sandwiches, he responds in a way that feels dismissive and difficult to hear. This has made our experience unpleasant, and as a result, we are now considering visiting a different Jimmy John’s location.“

“Our sandwich and lettuce wrap were very good. Unfortunately our visit was marred by very loud and obnoxious "music". To top it off, the employees were also gossiping at high volume to be heard over the music. I'd love it if JJs was a place where you could eat and chat with your partner.“
“I'll deal with the Alamo Ranch traffic to grab a sandwich from JJ's. Even though there isn't a drive thru at this location, they're always so quick! By the time I fill my drink cup, the rest of my order is just about ready.“
“I want to take a minute and tell you about this amazing place. I know it’s perfect in Jimmy Johns but it’s also amazing place because they support our community. They support the Boy Scouts and they support our veterans.
Not once but twice but three times Rob Thomas and his staff came out and supported Troop 23 and the VFW. I cannot tell you how delicious everything is but you must support those that support our community. “Customer service was good I didn’t see a lot of staff working. I ordered a #9 unwhich and it was good. I don’t understand how the points system works for the loyalty program in go there once a week and never get any free items. Overall 4⭐️“
“The food was great but I just wanted to give a big thank you to this location! My car died in front of their store around 10:20, it was late already. Whoever the driver working the closing shift was on 1/30 was so kind and jumped my car. He was super nice, gave me advice on what to do, and was super quick to come out and help me despite it being late. The employees at the front didn’t have cables but made sure to go back and ask the driver for me. I wish I would have got everyone’s names. Sooo kind, and helped me out without any second questions. I am so appreciative. And as always the food was super good“
