We have order from the Braker location for years. We have ALWAYS had super fast delivery and delicious food. Tonight we ordered and again got super fast delivery. Unfortunately my sandwich was missing the turkey. I called them up and spoke to Tanner. He apologized and said that's really weird and immediately said they'd be right over with a new one. Walked into jimmy Johns for the first time...no cheese but provolone ...asked for salt and pepper..."we don't have salt and paper"...asked for mayonnaise and a knife to spread it ... "we don't have utensils...really?? I guess the owner saves on food cost so he can go on safari to hunt endangered species. Though the people who worked there were great. I bet they get really sick of saying I'm sorry we don't carry salt-and-pepper here I'm sorry we don't have utensils here
