Just got my order right now, and don’t know how many times I’ve come to this location and my crunchy tacos never have enough filling, it’s only when I buy crunchy tacos, I’m basically paying for a taco shell sprinkled with some filling. Don’t like leaving negative reviews but it happens a lot, I mean does the person making it not see they barely put anything? Was it on purpose? Were they distracted? Were they rushing the order? We were the only customers there at the time, and we got our food cold and poorly assembled. We only live 8mins away, and yet our food was cold when we got home and started eating it right away. There was absolutely no need to rush our order and make it that sloppy. I am tired of paying the ~$5 for the cheesy gordita crunch when it is soggy and crushed like this. I visited the Taco Bell off Braker today 2/16/24 at around 8pm. There was a lovely, very kind lady taking my order. She greeted me, asked me how my day was, and made modifications to my complex order. I really appreciated how kind and understand she was. I’ve had a hard week, but it’s friendly people like her that can make a day brighter.Shout to the culinary team for getting my food out fresh and quickly. Probably one of my top experiences ever at a Taco Bell!!!!!
