The manager here is ruining the location. Short portions, broccoli beef with no broccoli, small orange chicken pieces you name it. All the little things that make no difference to the bottom line but a huge difference to the customer. She needs to remember that it’s not about a few cents here and there it’s about customers coming back on a regular basis. It’s frustrating!
