I ordered using the app and used the tracking feature to let me know when I could pick it up. After waiting an hour for it to update that my order was ready to pickup (which it never did) I decided to just walk over and see what the delay was. Got there and my order was just sitting there on a shelf, probably for the hour I’ve been waiting.
