We place order for our meetings quite frequently from this location and they never disappoint. We ordered some of the croissant sandwiches, and requested 2 of them to be vegetarian. Well of course, they're human and that minor detail simply slipped through the cracks on a busy morning for them. However, after calling and speaking to them they offered to bring those 2 complimentary for us and went out of their way to deliver them to us. And must I say FAST! From the gentleman...

Ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and the amount of salad was small. Ordered a kids croissant ham and cheese sandwich and the croissant was hard and the ham and cheese were cold. Took over 10 minutes to get this passed to our table. Service was ok, but service has gone down. Disappointed.

I stopped in to grab a few to go crossaints and I was greeted by Sam and Penny. They were both so sweet and welcoming. There was a table set up with turkey and all the Thanksgiving fixings to have catered for the holiday. Sam and Penny were giving out samples. The Thanksgiving dinner samples were really delicious. I'm definitely considering having a catered Thanksgiving from La Madeleine's.
