Excellent staff, Super friendly, they did everything possible after having the whole place full to serve us. We had never received such good treatment. It is worth mentioning that this restaurant is on the 1/5th floor. They had the courtesy to accommodate us when it was time to accommodate us, to take us to another bar in the hotel and there we enjoyed some delicious drinks. I don't think it was even 20 minutes when they were already telling us that we could go to the restaurant because we had to eat at the restaurant's pool bar, but that was the least of it. We had a super pleasant experience with him. excellent staff and food

The apps were great. Chips & Salsa, Hamachi & Shrimp Ceviche all solid choices. McDonald's could make better fajitas. The pork al pastor was bland, not sure if they even seasoned the meat, extremely fatty & chewy. Difficult to eat. The steak fajitas were just as horribly seasoned but tender enough to eat. Did not try the chicken but my table mates said it was good.

La Piscena is arguably one of my top 5 Austin restaurants, though closer to top 2 now that a true gem of a waiter like Jorge works there. A girl's dinner at La Piscena already equals a great night, and Jorge made it far more fun and enjoyable than we could have hoped for.

This was my first visit to a Mexican cuisine restaurant, and it was the perfect place to get a first taste of Mexican food and fall in love with it. The atmosphere really set the tone, with an interior that didn’t go for the typical Mexican flair but instead offered a more European-style elegance—fresh and modern. The manager Fedor was absolutely outstanding. He noticed that we weren't very familiar with the cuisine, so he approached us and gave personalized recommendations based on our preferences. He suggested some excellent main dishes and drinks, making sure we had the best experience possible. (Спасибо!)
We had fajitas with steak, and fajitas with shrimp, and vegetables. everything was incredibly fresh, sizzling, and delicious. We had to ask our waitress a few time to bring us extra tortillas. She tried to seem nice I came here with a few friends, but I’ll definitely return with my husband. It’s a beautiful place with a unique vibe. And night restaurant and the hotel are gorgeous. Great spot to check out if you’re in the city or showing it to your guests
