Definitely worth a visit at least once! Soulful meal and service experience.
My husband and I sat at the bar, where you can see the chefs preparing the sushi. It was an amazing experience. The staff is super kind and welcoming, and the service is impeccable. We loved everything we tried, but do yourself a favour, and order the ZERO SEN (we ordered it twice! it’s absolutely AMAZING). The sauce that come with it, is unlike anything we’ve ever had 😍😍😍 We 100% recommend this place!
Service was a 10 out of 10 Dray and Ciara were our servers and omg they were amazing and so knowledgeable. Dray had the best recommendations she knew the right drinks to pair with the food we ordered. She was so nice and beyond a server. You can tell she is so passionate about the industry she knew the historical context of every fish. We sat outside and it was hot so atmosphere was not the best but the food was amazing & the service of course was amazing.

Based on the reviews, Uchibā Austin is a modern, upscale, and stylish restaurant. The food is outstanding, with the Gyutoro Bao noted as flavorful with a slight kick of spice. Other popular menu items include the uchiba salad, nasu katsu bao, origiri, Rock Shrimp, and the omakase for two. The fish is fresh and flavorful. The service is excellent, with attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly staff who check in regularly without hovering. The environment is beautiful. One downside is that even with a reservation, there can be a wait of about 40 minutes for a table, though the bar area helps manage this. Some dishes may be a little saltier than expected, and the Aged Tofu is not recommended. Overall, Uchibā provides an exceptional experience with amazing food, great service, and a steady flow of dishes, making it a perfect place for a great evening.
