Horrible service! Never order fresas con crema. They fill up the cup with a lot of strawberries and barely crema! This employee (short man) did my order wrong and refused to do it. The only good thing from there is a ice creams and the rest of the employees.

Unorganized, pay on one side order on the other. My topochico prepado tasted like water not even how itās supposed to ce turned to water. Fruit cup mango was harddd, donāt mix fruit stack it one on top of each, did not like. Sorry.

Lately all the ice creams are watery... if someone orders ice cream in a cone you have to eat it as usual, otherwise everything ends up melting... they even look like milkshakes instead of ice cream... before they weren't like that... and there are I would add that they should provide a preparation guide for their employees. I liked going there but today I had a very bad experience and I ordered a yogurt. They emptied the bottle of honey that was too sweet and couldn't even be eaten and I ordered a corn and the corn was flavorless and very dry. Honestly, the worst thing I've ever eaten. I don't recommend it at all. I didn't want to go back.

We came here for the first time since we are not from around here and let me just say first they didnāt attend us and when they did they told us we were in the wrong line we were okay itās fine doesnāt make sense since the menu is right there in front but I guess u have to another line and order first then pay but the other line she send us there is literally no menu in front then the older guy that helped us didnāt even understand us and we were literally talking Spanish to him not in English we told him we wanted hot Cheetos with cheeses and he was like what is that we literally have to explain and show what it was when they literally advertised it on the window and in the menu then we wanted nachos also again he pretended to didnāt know what it was and got me more mad when the last thing we said was a picadilly raspa and also didnāt knew what it was Iām like Bruhh we taking the same language u work here we are literally showing you simple as that we left literally so disappointed with the service we went all happy and left angry didnāt bash out in the associate I bash out outside the anger and I bash it out on my husband left in tears cause I was like I donāt if it was discrimination or what for him treating us that way and plus of that didnāt even got his name

Bad service, the person who served us did not understand well the order of 2 waffle cones, one with 2 snowballs and the other with 3. I ordered a chicharon and they only prepare half of it, they cut it with the pretext that it does not fit on the plate and They put the halves together and only prepare one half, but they charge you for the complete product, there are unisel trays for those pork rinds...
