I ate PHO Bo.
Visiting Austin for 3 days and I was looking forward to eating some great BBQ and was let down Austin. However I searched for a great place to dine while I was in Austin and learned about the Le Bleu being an excellent local Vietnamese Cruise. Then I thought that I don’t recall when I had Vietnamese Cruise last. My expectation was high to eat some Pho especially the broth, veggies and beef.
