Exceptional, delicious, and bursting with flavor! I rarely give five stars because I always believe there's room for improvement, but Chef Casey truly delivered an orchestra of flavors capable of pleasing even the most discerning palate. It's no surprise they've earned a place in the Michelin Guide. I sincerely hope they continue this outstanding work and maintain the exceptional quality and creativity that made this experience so memorable.
The server was knowledgeable and truly made the experience. The chairs in the front section are very uncomfortable...
Good place to check out. The brown butter gnocchi, as well as the chicken was out of this world!

The ambiance is elegant and inviting, complemented by a great selection of mezcal, tequila, and wine. The service is friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. Guests appreciate the overall quality of the food, especially the chicken liver, Wagyu with nyoki, and various flavorful dishes. While the starters arrive quickly, there can be longer waits for main courses, sometimes over 30 minutes even when the restaurant is not crowded. Overall, Le Calamar provides a memorable dining experience with excellent food, a great vibe, and attentive service.
