The woman working the day I bought 3 milk stakes and one slaw was the greatest es. Smiling kind and even made my day. I said I have a wierd order and when I told her the order she responded so sweely with a great big no that's not wierd get your snack on. I will go back just for her uplifting attitude. Ordered 2 fish and shrimp platters, and a root beer float, was missing the shrimp on one order, and didn’t even have the root beer float charged, went back and the manager cussed us out saying she was the niece of the owner, and wasn’t giving out free food.

I come here for my lunch break and the staff is always kind to me and very attentive, they even memorized my order and make sure to get it right for me before handing it
I gave this particular visit 2 stars because after waiting for my food, (which I didn't mind because I asked for freshly cooked food) I got all the way home and realized they forgot to give me my drink. I tried to immediately call the restaurant but all I got was a fax machine. I do want to point out that the young lady who took my order was very polite and friendly, even though i had a lot of special requests. The food was hot and delicious. I would,however like my Soda or a refund.EDIT : I went back after work to ask about my drink, and both employees remembered me! They both apologized and gave me the drink t payed for. EXCELLENT customer service
