We were a group of 16 and our waitress was fantastic. All of our orders were correct, our drinks were always refilled without asking. I'm very pleased with the excellent service we received.

LongHorn Steakhouse is known for its good food and attentive service. The restaurant can get quite busy, especially during dinner, and the facilities sometimes feel a bit cramped due to high demand. On the positive side, the staff is friendly and willing to correct mistakes, such as replacing a Ribeye steak cooked Med Well instead of Med Rare with a perfectly cooked one. The ribs are highly recommended, described as amazing and some of the best pork ribs around, with very good, super creamy mashed potatoes. The bread and butter are also noted as good. However, some issues were mentioned, such as the wait staff not always catching errors, and the manager appearing not very involved. The soda machines seemed over-carbonated, leading to bad-tasting drinks, and the buffalo sauce on the wings had a zestiness that might have included lime, which some found less appealing. Despite these minor issues, many customers still enjoyed their meals, especially the ribs and the friendly staff. Overall, the experience can vary, but the food, particularly the ribs, and the helpful service make it worth visiting.
