I visited this restaurant July 21 2026 around 4pm on a friend's recommendation, having enjoyed another branch previously.
It seemed to be the quiet period just before the evening shift, with only three other customers. Unfortunately, the staff seemed a bit distant and didn't smile much.
I had ordered tofu, but a pork dish was brought out instead — it seems the staff who took my order may have misheard me.
I don't eat pork for religious reasons, but since time was limited and remaking a side dish would have meant wasting the food, I chose to let it go rather than make a fuss.
Rather than making an issue of it, I chose to see it as a trial from God and accept the situation calmly, eating the dish without complaint.
The KaoSai (NS16) egg noodles were also clumped together in places — I managed to loosen most of it, but part of it stayed solidly stuck together, almost like the core of a cabbage.
On the side, a plate of fried noodles arrived with no explanation of what it was for or how to eat it. They had a strong oily smell that made them hard to enjoy on their own — dipping them in the curry might help mask the smell a little.
Overall, this was a disappointing visit, especially given how warmly a friend had recommended the restaurant.

We had Pad see ew, pad Thai, spring rolls, and Papaya salad. I highly recommend the papaya salad with noodles, great combination of spicy and fruity flavor. Thai tea helps kill the spice in your mouth and wasn’t too sweet. Very quiet on a Monday around 3pm, and pretty quick service.

Best Asian takeout in town. No doubt. Been here at least 10 times now. Amazing every grime. Papaya salad in the pic!

There was a very accomplished man playing guitar while we were there, what a perfect surprise! The food was yummy as it always is. We, as a multiple generational family can ALWAYS count on Madam Mam's high quality food & service.

Madam Mam’s always hits when I’m craving Thai food. The noodles and curries are packed with flavor, portions are generous, and the spice levels definitely don’t play around. Casual, comforting, and consistently satisfying. 9/10

I have been ordering Eastern Pad Thai with shrimp for past few years and it’s always been excellent but the last two months it has been very bland and not quite the same. As someone who needs gluten free options, I really appreciated all the available options. The portion sizes are tremendous and I always get two meals out of my portion. This time the shrimp was very bland as was the sauce, plus I ordered no tofu which they included. Has the kitchen staff changed ? I am afraid to try again.

Food is great and the restaurant is nicely decorated. But the service is usually very very slow.

I ordered from Madam Ma Thai Cuisine through Uber Eats and had a really great experience. The Khao Soi, Pad See Ew, and Tom Kha were all flavorful and well-prepared. Definitely hit the spot!

They also did a great job communicating when the spring rolls I originally ordered were sold out, which I appreciated. I ended up switching to the Madam Ma rolls which were amazing.

Overall, both the food and customer service stood out. I’ll definitely be ordering again and look forward to trying more from their menu.

Very slow to take order- was an early Sunday evening -second visit- very frustrating as service seemed good for some clients but not others.

I got food poisoning from Madam Mam's back in January, and I had suspected it was from their spring rolls vs cooked pad Thai. Fast forward to April, I was catching up with a friend and they told me they got food poisoning the day before from *surprise surprise* Madam Mam's. They did not order spring rolls, but the factor we had in common was peanut sauce. I'm scarred and will not eat here again. Please do better.

Madam Mam’s is consistently great. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and comes out quickly, and the service is just as good—friendly, attentive, and efficient. It’s one of those places you can count on every time. Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great Thai food and solid service.
