The restaurant its self is cute but the staff aren’t very welcoming. I walked in and said Good morning the 2 men said nothing. I went to the kiosk in hopes it would take my virtual card since I lost my wallet. Once I realized it didn’t I asked them is we could check out with the register right there. One of them replied no you could do Door dash. They just lost $20 bucks and a customer.. also $20 bucks for poke is a bit much!

Malibu poke has the freshest salmon poke in austin! Their wasabi ponzu salmon bowl is my favorite. It’s definitely worth upgrading to large poke with medium base.

Not a real poke place. Fusion id say. Probably a Malibu thing as how the restaurant is called. The mix of he food are not great. Cold brown rice. We had teriyaki chicken, kids bowl chicken, and I had tuna. Pics I’ll post. Overpriced. I’m picky and I’ve been to different priced restaurants. Fancy to food trucks. But this was place too hyped set for disappointment. $70+ for three of us and not one of us was pleased. Mochi were good but how do you mess up ready made mochis. Nice staff, clean place. Not recommended poke place.

*** UPDATE ***
That is simply the tastiest poke in Austin area. This slight price difference with other popular poke places is definitely worth it.
Sauces and crunches are absolutely amazing which make this poke place so special.
Plenty of healthy rice alternatives ❤️
My personal favourite is Bonito Aioli Tuna
If you are picking up thru DoorDash, just show up in the front and let them know you are here ready to pick up.
Thank you for your business!

*UPDATE*
The best poke bolws in Austin so far.
Very fresh, lots of greens and extra options.
Probably one of few places that uses right sauce for raw fish.
The best thing for me personally is cauliflower rice. I’ve tried so many other places, but here it taste so good and juicy. Great for keto or low cal diet.
A bit expensive, compare to other poke places. I usually end up paying 25+$ for large bowl with double fish or extra shrimp. But it totally worth it.
Had an issue in a past with ordering through DoorDash, but it seems like they fixed this problem and apologized for inconvenience. And I truly appreciate that. Last few pick up orders through the app were taking less then 5-10 min to make.

This is a real nice poke place. Their kale base is so healthy and I can see that the owner worked really hard to develop good recipes. I would say this one is the best poke place among all the poke places that I’ve tried so far. I asked for togo and then ate inside then they gave the pretty plate as well. Very good service-!

Everything about this place is awesome. My husband and I were blown away by the pricing, freshness and the friendliness of the staff. The restaurant was clean and food came out in a very timely manner. One thing to note is the small and medium bowl come in the same size but the medium has more fish so don't make the mistake of getting a small like I did on my first visit. Ultimately my husband and I went twice - and if our trip was longer and we came here earlier I would've gone here every day. There is something about a poke bowl that is unlike any other food. Just so refreshing and flavours that don't work with anything else!We ordered the classic tuna. Absolutely stunning flavours and such a pretty bowl. The fish is top quality and the sushi rice is so flavourful. It is beyond addictive. The second bowl we ordered was the wasabi ponzu salmon. I am not really a salmon girl but this was so tasty. The sauce really brought the whole bowl together. You also have the option to create your own bowl which I thought was really cool. The menu all sounded great but if you want to try your own - you can!Definitely check this place out. You can't go wrong with the kind staff, quick service, fresh flavours and happy atmosphere. Hoping my hometown gets something like this ourselves. I crave Pokebowls!

I love this place so much it’s the best poke I’ve had in austin. I crave it all the time and it’s such a convenient place downtown. It’s pricey but I’m willing to splurge for it. THE ONLY PROBLEM i have is that they’re randomly closed some days i would say if i was planning to go there’s a 1/3 chance of them being closed which is super annoying.EDIT: they are closed on tuesdays LMAO

I ordered from this place through DoorDash last night, and it was awesome! Many poke places often poorly present their menus, but this poke looked great and was filling enough. As a big fan of poke, I will definitely be frequenting this place. Most importantly, it wasn't overly salty or drowned in sauce. One thing can be improved might be increasing the portion of protein.
