I had a Thanksgiving specialty meal of Brown stew Cornish hen and lemon pepper Cornish hen. The meat was seasoned to perfection and fall off the bone tenderness. My sides included rice & peas, cabbage and plantains which were Jamaica me off the chain. Well worth the drive to Austin, wonderful to let them do the holiday cooking.

I don’t know anyone else in town doing ox tails. Much less as good as this. Makes me feel like I had an actual home cooked meal. Tender meat off the bone. Banging mac and cheese and the rice and peas are filling.
