I was strolling through downtown Austin this weekend and decided to stop in Trifecta for a quick drink. I noticed they were also serving brunch, so I thought ‘why not?’Now, I consider myself to be well-traveled and a strong food critic so I don’t say this lightly, but y’all…this was one of the BEST breakfasts I’ve ever had in my life! This is a great little bar with a fantastic selection of whiskey. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he has a passion for great spirits, food, and cocktails. I enjoyed a delicious Manhattan made with a local rye. The atmosphere was very laid back and I am looking forward to visiting again!
