Well.... I must say the service is a bit slow when it comes to ordering. However, they will give you your order in a hurry and quickly close the window without a word. Be sure to check your order before leaving the drive thru because half the time there's something missing. When doing mobile ordering, you don't get the exact amount of condiments you ask for specifically either. For example, I asked for 8 ketchups, 2 butters and 2 jellys. What I got was 3 ketchups, 6 butters, 2 jellys and 1 hotcake syrup..... I didn't even have hotcakes. Now I must say also that in their defense, the area doesn't seem very safe to be honest as there are a lot of homeless around who sleep not far from the drive thru window. It is a bit scary because at times they do try to hit you up for money or food as soon as you leave if your window is rolled down (which is becoming more common around fast food places in Austin I've noticed). I have have learned not to go without my dog. Otherwise, the staff there seem like they would be friendly if they would perhaps communicate. :)
