What a beautiful delicious addition to our Hood! Yamas is a bright, happy place. The Mediterranean pasta is to die for, and the myriad of appetizers are great to share. It is a family owned restaurant and you can feel the pride in their cuisine and their staff. It is the festive place for my next celebration!
I was fortunate enough to spend two weeks in Greece a few years ago, and Yama's vibe and food makes you feel like you're there. It's a gorgeous restaurant. We sat outdoors surrounded by bougainvillea and when the sun went down, lovely lighting kicked on. Our server, Leslie, was very knowledgeable and completely charming. When we arrived at 4:00pm the music was very loud and we had trouble hearing our friends across the table. However, we requested the music be turned down some and staff complied immediately and apologized.
