I received the warmest customer service from Sofia and Brent! I'm always an indecisive person so I always take long to order, but their patience was so kind and the quality of drinks they made was amazing! I got a lavender matcha and a fruit loops latte, and soooo recommend it! They were super tasty, welcoming environment and super cool staff! :)

Had such a great experience at Merit Coffee! Britney was incredibly helpful while I was trying to decide on a drink. She took the time to explain options and made a recommendation that was absolutely perfect. The customer service was friendly, patient, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!
