Based on the reviews, Neighbor Coffee & Friends - Burnet is a convenient and affordable coffee shop with friendly and quick staff. The coffee is everything, with great quality espresso and amazing lattes, including a new favorite latte, an iced hazelnut cream latte, and a tasty Vanilla Lavender Latte. The Iced Chai is highly recommended and tastes great for a lower price than most places. The espresso handshake is amazing. Homemade biscuits with Whipped Honey butter are also available. The shop offers outdoor tables under a cover and is easy to get in and out of, making it perfect for getting something quickly. It is a cute addition to the Rosedale neighborhood, serving original lattes with quality and efficient service, feeling neighborly indeed.
