If you knew the history of this place, you would have a great understanding of where it came from and what they have accomplished. In respect to the owners, I won't say anything. I can tell you that I've been going to Pacific Star for around 30 years (from its original location) and it has always been a great place. I Tried The Gumbo For My First Time And I Was Not Happy , I Took 2 Bites And Threw It Away , The Temperature Was Hot And Perfect But The Gumbo Was To Thick No Seasoning Or Flavor And I Didn't Have Much Rice .
