Our experience here was very disappointing. Annabelle was not friendly and had a bad attitude from the start. She told my wife and me to wait seven minutes for lo mein because she had other orders, which we understood. We had arrived well before 9:30, but when she was finally ready to serve us, we were ordering for four people — all of us wanted teriyaki chicken and broccoli beef. She then told us the kitchen closes at 9:30, even though it still wasn’t 9:30 yet. After checking, she said there was only enough chicken left for two entrees, so only my kids could eat while my wife and I couldn’t get what we wanted.
On top of that, she was being rude and seemed to give larger portions to other customers who ordered after us. Even though we ordered the same items, she gave us noticeably smaller portions instead of being considerate. Meanwhile, the staff were already cleaning the kitchen while cooking, with soap splashing near the grill — not something you want to see while food is being made.
We wasted our time waiting here, and by the time we left, all the other nearby Asian restaurants were already closed. If the kitchen stops cooking before 9:20, they should be upfront about it instead of saying it closes at 9:30. It felt like the kitchen closed whenever Annabelle was ready to go home, not when the posted hours said it would.

I forgot to check the name of the young woman who served us, but she was always friendly even though it was crowded and the other guests weren't helpful. Thank you for the service in Spanish. After good service, the food is more enjoyable. My son and I appreciated it. 😊

This is very frustrating that we order our food in advance to pick up every time and they take for ever to acknowledge us standing in line to pick up the food. They completely ignore us. They only have one person taking care of the line and that same person is charging also. That says a lot about the company that they don’t like paying staff to have a full staff on duty or have more people working.

With more than 15 minutes before closing, they stopped cooking food and refuse to make more. As a manager of a restaurant, that’s just bad service and a horrible look as a company. I can only imagine how lazy the employees may be. With more than 10 employees, it shouldn’t take long to close quickly. Definitely won’t waste my time again.

Worst panda I’ve ever been to…
Food is good except for the cashier. I repeat I never ever wrote a bad review and looked to write one . I don’t know what the cashier has against me but she’s always rude to me. Telling me to speak up, and nodding her head, even giving me face gestures that she doesn’t like me. Bad service!!

Ordered lunch to-go, only to be told that they didn’t have the entree item available when I arrived. I decided to get a refund since they didn’t have another vegetarian option.
I was told to return the next day for a refund because the manager wasn’t there to process a refund. Horrible service all around.

The teriyaki chicken is always really good. My biggest issue is when I order the large 12 piece Crab Rangoon. They always pack the 3 piece. Happened on a few occasions. Seriously check your order before you leave.

They shouldn’t call it chow mein, they should call it Cabbage stir fry. It was awful. Maybe two actual bites of noodle. I’ve heard of filler but this is obnoxious. I am a cook in the industry too and I gotta say this is disappointing on all fronts.

Never has any food way before close. Announced cash only….. (??????). Fulfilled multiple to go orders before addressing anyone in line. Would have left earlier if we knew it was cash only sooner but waited in line for a long time before this was said. Done giving this place any more chances

It’s funny that this place has 5 star reviews. Pay attention to the names of the 5 star reviewers. Similar to that of the manager. . . Certainly a “Hey! We’re getting a lot of bad reviews. Can you and your friends leave some “fake” good ones to boost our rating” kinda of vibe.
Anyway, The young dark haired blonde girl was rude (as usual). Always seems to not want to be there (pretty standard these days since Covid. Businesses seem to have their D team working). Seems like she’s entitled and forced to get a job by her parents, or mad at the world and taking it out on customers. This girl purposely gave me small portions because I asked for my teriyaki to be cut smaller. She got an attitude, went to the back for a while, heard a bunch of dishes, pans, etc being moved around, violently. Some even dropped on the floor. When she came back, wasn’t even sure the cutting board was clean (didn’t look like it) or knew if she picked it up off the ground. I ordered 3 items because her portions were so small. The people that came in after me ordered 2 items and had almost half a plate more than I did. Sick of this girl. I get attitude EVERY SINGLE TIME from her. Previously, she refused to chop the meat into smaller pieces. This girl should not be employed until she straightens up her attitude.
The food itself has taken a deep dive. I used to like coming to panda every few weeks, but with the quality of employees couple with the lazy prep of the food by people who don’t want to be there is really putting this chain in dire straights. I see bankruptcy in the future. I would really suggest panda hire people that need their jobs and want to be there. I get it, there wouldn’t be very many people working if it weren’t necessary, but if I treated my clients like panda employees treat regular customers, I’d be homeless. I’m done with this chain. It was half descent while it lasted.
