Horrible food, looks like someone vomited and they served. The "fajita beef" was like a shredded meat. I asked something not too spicy came with tons of sauce like a soup without beef. I ate because I had to work and had no time to go to another place. It doesn't worth even $ 5.00 . Atmosphere like a dirty old place. I never will be back again and don't recommend .. you may get stomach ache like I did. HORRIBLE food.

The atmosphere is beautiful and kid-friendly, with a great location and beautiful view. The service is generally good and nice, with staff being accommodating and not trying to rush you out. However, the music volume is very loud, turning the restaurant into a club in the evening, which can make conversation difficult. Overall, Polvo's Downtown Central is recommended for its phenomenal food and service. Reservations are suggested to avoid waits.
