Had the best experience last night. Austin Tech week showed up in full force and the staff was so amazing! Big shout out to Ashley the Bar Manager for being so kind and making me the best French 75 and old fashion of the night! Will definitely be back!

It's a solid neighborhood sports bar with counter-service, a great happy hour, and some strong drinks (if you're into that kind of thing). It's also friendly and LOUD, especially during football. Great place to hang with friends, perhaps not the best place for a date or a romantic evening out (unless your idea of a date is wearing orange and watching the game). Service was great, drinks were good. Can recommend if that's what you're into.

Love Remedy, a true neighborhood bar that feels like home. Staff is friendly and you can tell they enjoy working there. Good mix of regulars and newbies. Enjoy outside and inside. My go to is the Spicy Mezcal Margarita and food I toggle between fantastic pizzas and a great burger with aioli sauce. Wife loves the chicken sandwich and salad. Highly recommend!

Bar is great just needs some improvement on customer service on an ACL weekend. Under staffed and attitude refinement with some of the staff.

Remedy is close to where I work and decided to meet up with my friends there before seeing a show at ACL Live. It was easy to get a table, the drinks were solid and remarkably affordable given that it's downtown. My wife and I shared a BLT with Avocado and a side of fries which was a perfect pre-show snack to keep us satiated but not overly full and both were excellent.
This ended up being a great rendezvous where I could actually have a conversation with my friends. Remedy breaks the mold of other Austin bars for two reasons:
#1 Being able to hold a conversation without shouting at one another #2 Having reasonably priced drinks
I'd give an extra bonus star if I could just for having John Wick playing on one of the TVs (great film)

Came in from out of town on Saturday and had the most amazing experience someone could have a restaurant. Ethan at the bar made me the best Old Fashion I think I have ever had and shared some good football talk. He recommended the Jays special, which was also amazing! I definitely will be back and highly recommend this place.

Poor service and sub par drinks. We live in a building nearby and was hoping this would be our neighborhood bar. Gave it several chances and always have been disappointed. Today there were 8 people in the entire bar, 2 bartenders and it took 15 minutes after ordering to get 2 drinks. The bartender even stopped making our drinks and served someone else two drinks before giving me my drinks. On previous visits we have had poorly-made drinks, flat champagne and poor service.
Can’t say enough good things about Remedy. Josie, Seth, and Ethan were all behind the bar and gave us some of the best service we’ve had in Austin. They were upbeat, friendly, and really on top of things. The food (we had the BLT, sliders and chicken sandwich with tots) was excellent! Between the atmosphere and the way the staff treated us, it felt like a hidden gem downtown.

First time in Austin witb my best friend for years, we found ourselves at Remedy while stayin next door at the Wyndam. What an awesome little gem, we are SO GLAD we found it and got to meet Seth & Bridgette, so sweet and attentive, and had us laughing all night! Hope to come back next time we are in Austin! Keep up the good work guys, this place is great!

Decided to check out the neighborhood spot recently because my friend loves their Survivor nights. The bartender Lena took really good care of me and made me the tastiest Mezcal Last Word I’ve had. The drinks were really affordable. I didn’t get a chance to try the food but it looked really good so I’ll be sure to check it out next time.
Wish they showed more movies on the tvs instead of golf though.
