Recently had a tour and the staff was accommodating and professional. The units we viewed were clean and property seemed very clean. Definitely on our top choices. Closed to the water and restaurant on site.

Pros:
1. Location. You live on Lady Bird Lake. You access the Ann and Roy Butler Hike and Bike Trail directly.
2. Dining. You walk to 1618 Asian Fusion and Rainey Street in minutes.
3. Features. Kitchens include quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. The dog park and gym add value.
Cons:
1. Noise. Walls lack insulation. You hear neighbor activity.
2. Cost. Rent is expensive for the square footage.
