This restaurant used to be one of our family’s absolute favorites — we’d order from there at least three times a week! The food was always delicious, and the staff were humble and friendly.
Unfortunately, things have really gone downhill. The taste isn’t the same as before, and the customer service has become terrible. The last time we went with friends to dine in, the staff came over three times reminding us it was 2:30 and they were closing. We had to leave our meal unfinished and pack it up to go, which felt very disrespectful as customers.
Today I tried calling to place an order, but the line kept showing busy. Later, my husband called from his phone, and they picked up right away — it seems like they’ve blocked my number for some reason, which is really disappointing.
Customer service truly sucks now. This restaurant was so good until last year — it’s sad to see how much it’s changed.

Horrible staff. Very disrespectful and immature. The owner should really understand that the staff is a reflection on them. I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge and was told no one was available. I will never come to this restaurant ever again. Terrible experience
