When the door dasher didn’t deliver my ranch, manager, Jessica, went above and beyond to help make it right. Short of her delivering it herself, which she couldn’t, she did everything possible to make sure I wasn’t charged for something I didn’t get. As a manager myself, I very much appreciate customer service like this and will be back because of it. Thank you, Jessica!
Fast and easy to order deliver online with no crazy fees. Packaging was secure. The salad was good, and the pizza was okay. Not very many toppings and side of the marinara was small and cold. I just threw it in the microwave. Sauce is okay.
