Schlotzsky's is a restaurant that has received mixed reviews. One customer mentioned the exceptional service they received, highlighting the manager's kindness and attentiveness. The manager went out of their way to ensure the customer had a positive experience, even exchanging their order and providing a complimentary cookie. This customer felt touched by the manager's gesture and appreciated their customer-first attitude.
However, another customer had a different experience. They found the service to be questionable, with the manager appearing to be more focused on their phone conversation than on their job. The customer felt that the manager's phone conversation did not seem work-related, and they observed that the manager was on the phone when they arrived, during their order, and when they left. The customer also noted that the staff seemed busy, with the drive-thru being particularly active.
Overall, the food at Schlotzsky's was praised, but the service was inconsistent. The manager's level of engagement and focus on their job seemed to vary, resulting in a mixed experience for customers.
