We took advantage of the 1/2 price ribs and several sides and were floored at how good everything tasted.
We hired Slab BBQ food truck for our wedding in Lakeway, TX. I was initially worried about how casual a food truck would seem, but it was perfect and the food was amazing. Everyone loved the food truck and many people got seconds. There was a slight miscommunication during the planning process, and Mark the owner personally called to straighten everything away.
