I’ve tried every Smoothie King in Austin at least once, and after a year of doing so, I can say with confidence that the Smoothie King off William Cannon is the only one I trust to start my mornings.

Maria and Kayla, the two employees I see regularly, deserve a huge shout out. Their customer service is unmatched, kind, compassionate, attentive, and consistently willing to go above and beyond. Whether it is remaking a smoothie without hesitation, asking thoughtful questions to personalize my drink to my exact preferences, or simply greeting me with genuine positivity, they make every visit a great experience.

Because of their effort, I go out of my way every morning, even though I work in the opposite direction, just to stop at this location. That is how important it has become to me. A year ago, I made the switch from a heavy breakfast to a Smoothie King smoothie every morning, and it has made a significant impact on my life, leading to weight loss, better energy, and an overall healthier routine. For me, Smoothie King is not just a drink, it is part of a lifestyle change, and I am incredibly grateful to Maria and Kayla for the consistency and quality they deliver day after day.

They absolutely deserve recognition, a raise, and a promotion for the way they represent Smoothie King. If you are in Austin and want the best experience, this is the Smoothie King to visit.

PS. I also enjoy practicing my Spanish with Maria because God knows I need some extra practice lol

Daily Drink:

32oz Strawberry - Banana Activator
Enhancers: Half scoop pure recharge, multivitamin, extra scoop of Gladiator vanilla protein
Preferences: extra thick, a little extra ice so it lasts longer.

I never switch from that drink and I start every morning with a smile and for a picky eater, something I truly enjoy indulging in.

Update to my original post:

I visit this Smoothie King location often, and I want to highlight two weekend employees, Leslie and Jenni. I have a specific request with my usual smoothie because I like extra ice to help it keep its consistency a little longer. The weekday staff knows me and always prepares it that way as soon as they see my name on the order, so at first I was a little concerned about weekends.

Leslie and Jenni were extremely kind when I asked if they could keep that in mind. I am very picky about how I like things, and I used to be the type of person who would stay quiet and then end up unhappy. It has been refreshing to see that at the William Cannon location, it does not matter what day of the week I place an order. I know the smoothie will come out perfect every time.

Thank you to the whole team for being consistent and taking care of the small details. This is why I keep coming back.

Love this location but think new l staff needs a little more training on how to make the smoothies they taste more like ice than anything these days very thick and chunky not creamy

This location is great! It’s close to a bunch of gyms so it’s super convenient for a post-workout treat. Service is consistently fast, friendly and my orders always come out correctly.
