Probably the worst Sonic in Austin.The employees are slow and just stands there giving you dirty looks. I sat there for over 15 minutes.waiting for someone to acknowledge me but no one did. After reading the reviews I'm not surprised. why don't you fix your business start off with hiring people that somewhat competent. Maybe train them in some customer service? Or better yet fire the manager

Pulled up to the intercom to make an order for happy hour route 44 big red and I was told to wait I waited for about 3 minutes still no one took my order so I left just please sneeze to hire more people to work

I don't have a high bar for big chains, but they failed to meet it because the food was so screwed up. Both my drinks tasted super weird like they didn't put enough of the syrup or something (sugar free cherry limeade and diet coke w/ diet cherry). The food had issues as well. The girl who brought me everything was nice though.

Screen do not work to pay. I waited 18 min for a chicken strip meal. With no service on the screen and clearly its taking a long time for chicken strips and tots. This is at lunch time with only 4 other cars in the lot. Took my money and left. Went to flyrite down the block and was in and out in 5 min. Way better food there anyway. BOOOOOOO TO TO YOU SONIC!

I asked mans what the best slush was and he came through from downtown . Blue raspberry lemonade slush he knows what up . If yall see this show him and tell him it was smack.

This sonic establishment is the absolute worst! Each time I have attempted to get a shake from them after 9pm they not only take over 10minutes to respond, they shut down their ice cream machines for "cleaning" during their operating hours.. last I checked when a store lists hours of operation that means that they operate within those hours, not shut down their machines an hour before closing so that their employees have less to do after closing and can get off work faster, it's sad.

The slushies aren't mixed and the flavors ratios are off. And the slush ice is not blended to be smooth. It's crunchy
This was great treat. The service was fast and friendly and the good was fresh and delicious.
Our food was served in a reasonable amount of time, it was hot, and overall your typical fast food restaurant experience.
