Space Kat BBQ is a food truck park on Webberville offering an out of the box bbq experience. It is a new contender on the block for some of the best BBQ in Austin. The meat is flavourful and just melted in your mouth. The lamb is by far the most soft and delicious. The lamb chops are the BEST, most tender and flavorful. The lamb ribs are on another stratosphere. The coppa, the tri tip, the short rib, and the chicken thigh are all delicious. The Tri-Tip melts in your mouth. The chimichurry is a must. They gave 4 sauces which complimented everything. The chocolate mousse has their own twist with oranges and pecans. The texture and seasoning level is on point. They use wood fire, a smoker, and a wood grill to finish. There is no line on a Friday at lunch. This is THE spot for change your life level barbecue.
