I had a very poor experience with my Valentine’s Day pick up yesterday. The cupcakes did not taste fresh, and were all messed up — did not look neat and were missing letters. I carried the box flat the entire time. I used to frequent sprinkles when I lived in California and loved it. This was embarrassing to give to my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. I will not return to this location because of this experience.
Quality has gone down... They are still OK but used to be great. Got these for a birthday party and the cake part was dry and kind of flavorless.
