Amazing morning manager and staff. Came in at opening at 4:30am Sunday May 18 and the manager was wide awake with a bright friendly personality and gave us the best experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. She gave us lovely ceramic cups for our here order, had fantastic music playing, and proactively offered a refill to-go. Super clean location and great leadership that genuinely cares about customer experience. Please give her a raise. She made our day and makes me want to be...
I have gotten my coffee here almost every morning for over three and a half years now, and I am always greeted with a good morning and a big smile not to mention a consistently great cup coffee. What a great way to start your day! Great staff and customer service!!!
This Starbucks is conveniently located inside Barnes & Noble. They offer a wider variety of food options compared to other Starbucks locations, which was a nice surprise. However, they do not accept Starbucks Rewards, which was a bit disappointing. The service was on the slower side, and the seating area is quite small. Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick coffee while browsing books. No drive through
