A massive shoutout to Brenda Corley – hands down one of the most incredible employees we’ve ever encountered! After we mistakenly left our documents at a Starbucks, she went out of her way to ensure they were safely shipped all the way to us in Estonia. Her kindness and dedication blew us away. Brenda truly embodies the heart and spirit of Starbucks. We’re beyond grateful. Thank you, Brenda – and thank you, Starbucks!

Employees took my order incorrectly. I was glad they fixed it, but halfway back to my employer, they still served me the wrong drink. Ugh!

The tall employee needs to turn down the volume of his voice a bit. He was way too loud especially when there was only 4 customers on their laptops.

I placed a mobile order and then when I got there it was not ready. So I watched other people come in the store after me and get their order before mine. When I finally did get my decaf coffee (Not a hard drink to make), the lady did not stir it so it tasted like there was no cream and or sugar in it. So I had her put more cream in it. She transferred it from one cup to another to mix it up. In the meantime now the temperature is lukewarm. So I just got my money back. Guess I won't be coming back to this place anymore. Plus while I was waiting patiently for my drink in the store, she was sitting there talking to the other employee not doing anything....
They were talking for a while : (((

My barista was alone and not clearly having the best day but she made my mobile order very well. I really wish the Starbucks app allowed tipping for cafe mobile orders. I don’t often carry cash. Ordering something just so I can tip defeats the purpose of the app and makes going to Starbucks an ordeal.

There was an old lady who was being argumentative about blending a drink... I've gone here a lot after work and they get the job done every time, but she was talking to me like I was stupid and she's never heard of a request like that before. It just felt like she was taking a bit of anger out on me for no reason.

This place is decent but it gets zero stars for the militant rude older woman that either runs the place or acts like she does. Nothing but short rude answers any time anyone asks her something. She also stares down and stalks customers. It’s just a Starbucks! It’s not that serious! Talk about a Karen!

The rest of the staff are always so nice and sociable even amongst themselves. They’re not so much when Karen is there. Hopefully they’re not afraid of her.
