They made sure my order was just right and created a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Jackie even opened the door for me! It is clear they care about their customers and love what they do. the coffee was good and cutomer service was great, but the fact Starbucks still has its employees ask for tips while working for a multi-billion dollar company that sells overpriced coffee is crazy. Just pay your workers more!

Today I'm taking time ti review because it keeps getting worst! This team is always forgetting items you've paid for whether it's food or an overpriced add-on to your drink! I'm so disappointed by the quality of care this location offers!
They never get my order right. Never fill it up all the way. For a $6 dollar drink I should not have to turn around after leaving to go ask that they add the cold foam I paid $1.25 for. Order always takes long here too. Drive to the one on Oltorf and 1st. Much better.

I arrived 10 minutes before they closed and the cashier on duty with glasses and red hair didn't want to sell me frappuccino and she was in a hurry, I didn't like the treatment after I ordered simple drinks.
