It might be worthwhile to remind employees that people have ears?
I had a confusing encounter when I ordered my drink and then the employee started loudly talking about the situation while I was in earshot.
She had a lot of choice words and language that would generally be deemed inappropriate? So idk, maybe just a good idea to let employees know that what they say is impactful and also audible?
