The manager steven was rude for no reason snitched our food off the table once our party of 11 ALL had issues with our food
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dining in ATX. We were celebrating my 35th birthday. We waited over an hour for food that came out cold, undercooked or overcooked. Once we began speaking to the manager, he spoke to us in a demeaning tone, and was very nasty. When we told him we did not want food he began to snatch it off the table.
