“We placed an online order, but went inside to warm up since it was cold outside. The sandwiches were delicious. They made them quick, and we got to chat with the owner. He was super charismatic, funny, and very friendly. We will definitely be back for subs, but we will also be back to chat with him more!“

“This is a okay location great food I do feel customer service is up in the air at times, could use some improvement. I don't expect 5 star service but I came in and a lady was doing something at the register and I was there for a pickup, I was standing patiently in front but she totally disregarded me. “I am being 100% serious when I say this was far and away the best Subway experience I’ve ever had. Roosevelt is the friendliest and most skillful sandwich artist I’ve ever seen and I HAVE to give him a shoutout. “By far the BEST Subway I have gone to and TRUST ME, I have been to plenty. The environment is warm and welcoming. Right when you arrive, you can see many regulars seated enjoying their meals. They even decorated for Christmas with a tree in the lobby area along with a a T.V. for guests to sit down and enjoy their meals. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly, efficient, and welcoming. I come here regularly. It just gives a different feel. If you are in the Austin area, come check it out. You won't be disappointed!“

“I stopped into the Subway at Braker and Metric and was greeted with a big smile by a young man named Ali, who had an incredible attitude. He was running the entire store by himself because two other employees didn’t show up—and you never would have known it.

His customer service and positive energy were truly off the charts, which is rare these days. Ali gets it.

“Subway has been around for a long time so their model must be a good one. The quick way to specify how you sub is built as it is done in front of you watching is pleasing to me. This location is paired with a quick mart so I can pick up other things there.“

“I don't really understand the atmosphere question on Subway.... people do not go to Subway for the atmosphere, they go for the consistency and the sandwichs.
All that said you can get a good sandwich here I enjoy them and whoot!“

“Subway is always very predictable, and a lot of stuff they have is pretty good and reasonably healthy. This location is small, maybe there are three or four tables inside, and it is very conveniently located. It is supposed to be open until 10 but they sometimes close early. As always, the meatball sandwich is my standard selection. My vegan friend loves their veggie sandwich as well.“

“hadn't been to Subway in probably over 12 years. Too many bad experiences and diminishing quality at stores. Decided to stop in at this location for some cookies and decided to give the meatball sub a try and I have to say, if Subway is going through a revival than this store is a good sign.

Store was clean, neat and well stocked with the add-ons. The sandwich was not limp and felt and tasted like a real meal (I had some pretty disgusting experiences in the past).

Overall, if you're still a Subway fan or willing to give the brand another chance like me, visit this store.“

“I wanted to share a really good experience I had today. Someone had earlier mentioned that this was allowed, so I decided to try asking myself. Honestly, I was very scared and nervous at first. I work nearby at Metro, and I’ve been studying a lot outside of school, so I wasn’t sure if it would be accepted.

I politely asked if it would be possible for me to get food packed in a way that I could manage it throughout the day. I requested a 6-inch sandwich in the morning and another 6-inch later, which together makes a foot-long. I also asked for three half portions across three foot-long sandwiches.

The assistant manager was extremely kind and understanding. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was so supportive and helpful. She even gave me tea, which made the experience even better. I truly wasn’t expecting such a positive response.

This really helped me a lot, and I’ll be eating this food around 3–5 days a week. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had, and I’m very grateful for the kindness shown.

I just have one small request: if possible, please consider adding egg as an option. I really love eggs with my food. Thank you so much once again—you guys are amazing!“

Everyone is very friendly and helpful.Crafting and creating masterpieces sandwiches every single time with a bright smiles. They create the tastyiest things and have seen the best service I've seen in a while.I think everyone employee deserves a raise in this location since they all work so hard and needs to be more appreciative of the employees since they work in a super busy location with a lot pressure.If i could rate any higher, this place deserves 6 or 7 stars for the employees themselves. “The service here is hit or miss and in the past, it has been terrible honestly, but the last few times I’ve gone in the young man who has helped me was extremely conscientious and thoughtful, making sure that all of the ingredients were fresh and delicious before adding them to the sandwich.I had sworn this location off for sometime, but I will return now that I know there is better service to be had!“

“It was my first time at this subway and Samar was so kind and welcoming with her beautiful smile.
She was able get our flatbread sandwich customised the way we wanted, just that I wished she would have rolled the flatbread which becomes easy to munch. But 5* to her welcoming and kind attitude.“

“I generally love Sunway sandwiches! I will not be back to this location. The spinach was severely wilted and the tomatoes looked less than desirable. The ingredients did not look fresh! When I mentioned it to the service person, she looked like she didn't understand. I mentioned it a second time and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. Don't know if she knows what fresh ingredients look like or not.“

“My favorite subway to go to, it's always clean and the staff is always quick to make my order regardless of the wait. They're also friendly and always welcome my husband and I in. I've never had a wrong order at this location and will continue to come to this one over others! Most other locations also don't have hot cheetos which are my husband's favorite. The bread is also well made and not burnt like other locations.“
