“Every time I've been to this Subway, it's active, the staff is friendly and engaging, and the food has been moderately fresh with indication they take good care of their food prep and stations. The Soda Fountain was also clean and had the correct ratio of carbonation Vs syrup. The #18 is awesome.

Wheelchair accessibility: Has some accessible booths for people in wheelchairs.“

“I just want to give a shoutout to the whole team and this Subway for going all out for our catering order that was super specific one, the manager went out of his way to make sure each individual box order was customized, and the staff put names on each of the boxes. “We placed an online order, but went inside to warm up since it was cold outside. The sandwiches were delicious. They made them quick, and we got to chat with the owner. He was super charismatic, funny, and very friendly. We will definitely be back for subs, but we will also be back to chat with him more!“

“We split a $3 "footlong sidekick" pretzel. It was tasty even though seeing them make it made me think this is not really food! They brush on the butter and salt after it's baked. The service was what you expect for Subway. Don't expect a smile :/“

Daniela is a new hire with such positive energy and Isme was very kind and helpful and made Daniela feel very comfortable and confident through the customer service process. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.Crafting and creating masterpieces sandwiches every single time with a bright smiles. They create the tastyiest things and have seen the best service I've seen in a while.I think everyone employee deserves a raise in this location since they all work so hard and needs to be more appreciative of the employees since they work in a super busy location with a lot pressure.If i could rate any higher, this place deserves 6 or 7 stars for the employees themselves. “Went in to a sandwich for my friend since we had just got pedi's. We got a whole steak and cheese and a half tuna with of all things honey mustard! He was going to drive Uber and take the sandwiches so he wouldn't have to stop later.

Well he changed his mind and called to say he feels like driving and was coming over. When he got there he warmed up the steak n cheese..I got a bite...it was steak n cheese.

Then I got a bite of the tuna...OMG, if you like tuna it was wonderful and the yucky honey mustard was Devine. It was a whole different experience I could've eaten his whole half but he was watching me enjoy it and throwing side eye vibes so I reluctantly handed him his sandwich. When I say I've been craving that flavor again it's an understatement. The veggies look so fresh and watched them make a salad bowl with lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, purple onions, banana peppers and some kind of chicken. It looked like something from a fancy restaurant not a sandwich shop, I told the guy ordering and telling what to add that it looked delish...he smiled and said it does doesn't it. So next time I'm craving meat and fresh veggies I'm going to subway...and I have a feeling it's going to be very soon😀“

“It was my first time at this subway and Samar was so kind and welcoming with her beautiful smile.
She was able get our flatbread sandwich customised the way we wanted, just that I wished she would have rolled the flatbread which becomes easy to munch. But 5* to her welcoming and kind attitude.“

“This place was really something else the employees were really nice and helpful I would recommend it to anyone. GET THE CHICKEN SANDWICH!!!!!! With the American cheese and some mayo and a little lettuce it’s it truly the perfect meal for a Saturday night. One down side was that the tables closed at 10pm according to one of the employees doesn’t really make sense because they close at 12am But it’s ok I guess.“

“I just had the most amazing experience by stoping to grab some much needed it dinner! My sandwich was perfectly executed person was very polite and respectful right away , as soon as I walk into the door can you make eye contact acknowledge me he was very attent and he'll look for he was so kind,!! “The service here is hit or miss and in the past, it has been terrible honestly, but the last few times I’ve gone in the young man who has helped me was extremely conscientious and thoughtful, making sure that all of the ingredients were fresh and delicious before adding them to the sandwich.I had sworn this location off for sometime, but I will return now that I know there is better service to be had!“

“The store was like most subways that we have visited. We were waited on almost immediately, a sandwich was prepared very well as we only ordered a 6 inch and had it cut in half and the staff was very accommodative to our request. It’s a great place to eat if you’re looking for a sandwich and maybe some chips and a drink for lunch.

“Two positive experiences: (1) on evening of 9/5, my sweet 6 year old daughter had Subway for the first time and LOVED her sandwich. She worked up the courage to tell the guy behind the counter thank you for making a great sandwich and when he heard it, his face lit up like the 4th of July with a big smile and said "Thank you, that made my day." (2) On Monday 10/21, my daughter and I visited again in the evening for quick bite. After she devoured her yummy sandwich, she again worked up the courage to tell the female cashier thank you and how much she enjoyed it. Then the cashier smiled big, replied back "Thank You" and offered her a free chocolate chip cookie!

“It's a simple hunger fix. And be sure to get it toasted. The subs tend to be half cold half toasted if not. But it's a good new menu as well, with wraps and excellent personal pizza choices. It's not just for subs!! The meatball is my favorite! Melted provolone plus black olives.“

“I placed a mobile order and once I got home, some of my items were missing. It took several weeks for me to reach a manager due to the phone having technical issues. I returned to the Location and was greeted by the Manager. She apologized and offered to make the situation better by replacing my missing items. She was very professional and kind.“

“Watch to pizza patron right next door not they didn't have a bathroom and I have two small girls that needed to go ASAP. Subway has likes in their bathroom doors and usually you have to be a customer to use the restroom. But thanks to the black lady, she didn't have any problem with letting my girls go without buying anything. Bathroom was clean which made our experience even better! Thanks girl. We need more smiling faces like you in this world.“

“I just wanted to share my experience this evening with the only employee working tonight name Michael Sharpe. Kudos to him. When I walked in it was about 8:15pm there were about 8 customers waiting this young man handled and greeted each customer and catered to each and every one of our request. This young man should be given employee of the month reward. This is a example of what customer service is about. Thank you Michael for making my sandwich to my liking.“

“The new, and yes I know it isn’t that new lol, owners are Fantastic. I started coming back here a few months ago and each time it just seems like it is getting better and better. The employees are more positive and care about customer service! They are owners that care and work alongside of their employees and actually focus on quality and consistency! Wow! What a refreshing change! I go out of my way to come to this Subway. I recommend you do too. I don’t normally plug a place like this, but when was the last time you got all of these things on a regular basis from Subway!? You can now. Thank you for making Subway something that my kids and I can eat again!“

“I generally love Sunway sandwiches! I will not be back to this location. The spinach was severely wilted and the tomatoes looked less than desirable. The ingredients did not look fresh! When I mentioned it to the service person, she looked like she didn't understand. I mentioned it a second time and she looked at me like I had 3 heads. Don't know if she knows what fresh ingredients look like or not.“

“My favorite subway to go to, it's always clean and the staff is always quick to make my order regardless of the wait. They're also friendly and always welcome my husband and I in. I've never had a wrong order at this location and will continue to come to this one over others! Most other locations also don't have hot cheetos which are my husband's favorite. The bread is also well made and not burnt like other locations.“

“Came in for a sandwich and i usually take it to go...but today i decided to sit in the restaurant. The guy and girl working were very nice and worked well as a team. Food was delicious. Store was clean and it was relaxing to come in and enjoy the cool air. Will come sit and eat again.
