Sushi Bar Austin Downtown is one of the most impressive and stylish dining experiences in the city. This sophisticated and exciting sushi bar offers an exceptional standard with impeccably fresh fish, beautifully executed rolls, and a creative menu. The atmosphere is sleek, vibrant, and full of great energy, with attentive and knowledgeable service. The cocktail and drink selection is outstanding and pairs perfectly with the food. It is a one of a kind dining experience that everyone should try. The service is great and personal since there are no more than 10 guests at a time. Each piece of nigiri is delicious and the flavors match perfect with all of the different types of fish. For a luxurious once in a lifetime level sushi experience, try the 17-course omakase at $185 per person including gratuity. The entire staff is really good with explanations and walking people through each offering. It is very chill and down to earth, making it a perfect special date night. Note that it is incredibly expensive, and with all supplements and drink pairings, two people can easily spend $1000.
