At the Westlake location, we ordered a bagel with lox, cream cheese and capers. The order had a 5% takeout charge and also didn’t have the cream cheese and capers. We waited ten minutes for the lone barista to make the flat white (which was more like a cappuccino) and americano. Ordered the rotisserie chicken. Sent it back because the chicken and potatoes were cold. They brought back the same plate but now the food was hot. I started eating it until I realized that the chicken was raw. I asked to speak with a manager. No one ever came. I'll never go back there.
