Sweet Caroline's is our favorite local business and we frequent it as often as possible during season. The snow cones are incredible (very light and fluffy, finely shaved ice, the best!) and the staff is always friendly. Their extra toppings are fun and delicious and help keep things interesting when your husband insists on getting a second snow cone to go "for later".
My husband swears by the Red Velvet Cupcake these days and I'm more of a Grape with Sour Spray girl.
