Delays happen in this industry but rude staff should not be tolerated. Zero sympathy for patrons waiting and met with a smirk on the face stating have a nice day doesn’t come across well to multiple customers including me. Good luck with your growth plans since the staff you employee can’t seem to service your existing locations. What took so long to build is hard to hold onto unless you address your shortcomings, competition is good.
Follow up 1 week later: Today I gave Taco Deli a 2nd chance and they exceeded my expectations. Service was great and food was very good. If I’m going to ding them for something bad I better give them props for something good.

Don’t walk, RUN to this Tacodeli! Forget Torchy’s, this place is 100% breakfast and lunch tacos. Sauces were amazing as well! Saved as new place to come when in town!

A decade ago they set the high water mark for breakfast tacos in Austin. They are still solid and get the eggs just right (i.e. not over or under cooked); however, their tortillas went downhill about 4 years ago when they started expanding rapidly and this now has me going elsewhere at times. Still love it, its still an Austin original, but would live to see a tortilla upgrade.

If you're going to spend $ on a taco where you order and they give you a number for your table, this is the place! Try the Cowboy on double corn tortilla with extra guacamole.
Today I tried to learn if the beef was pasture-raised (it's not, BTW). The manager even texted the owner! Talk about service! I love this place!

Consistently delicious whether its a single to-go taco, a sit down and eat, or a large family night order! Thank you for all the yummy (and i just finished a deli belly taco on flour so i am in a yum coma).
Eli was awesome! Some birds picked at my food and he catered to me by replacing my order promptly! That ensures a great review from out of pure gratitude!
