Taqueria El Compa offers delicious authentic Mexican food with a healthy twist. The Aguas Fresas are light and refreshing, the enchiladas are delicious and light, not smothered in tons of cheese like Tex-Mex, and the chorizo tacos are a favorite. The service is lovely, and the family-owned restaurant has built an adorable little indoor-outdoor dining room with around five or six tables.

Customers love the relaxing patio and the welcoming atmosphere. The food is prepared quickly, with the Los tacos de pastor and the piña-flavored Aguas Fresca being highly recommended. While parking can be a bit of a challenge, the great sauce options and the lovely ambiance make it worth the effort.

Despite some occasional menu item unavailability and order mix-ups, especially when the restaurant is busy, the overall experience is positive. The meat flavors, particularly the pastor and tripe tacos, are excellent, and the green salsa, though not particularly spicy, is satisfactory.
