they use larger noodles here, which, from the pictures, gave me the impression that you could sub fresh noodles in lieu of those thin dehydrated ones. it turns out they're not fresh, but they're still a tasty deviation from the standard.the broth is super flavorful. i could see how it may be perceived as too salty for some, but i enjoyed it. the rare steak is hand cut and is at least a step and a half above the crappy low quality thinly machine sliced steak at many other pho restaurants.good...read full review
Great place off of Burnet. Their pho was absolutely delicious and I would totally go here if I'm in the Central Austin area. Not to mention the staff there were absolutely so kind to me. I'm a fan!

My husband is originally from Vietnam. We love the authentic food that is here. Great pho, chicken rice, crispy noodles. If you like Boba drinks, this is a great place. The menu is limited but superb!!!
